As an employer you will get a username and password from your Guardian representative. Go to e Employer pension portal employerportal.myguardiangroup.com where you can log in wi your username and password. Then enter e auentication code you received by mail. You enter e portal in e home screen provides an easy overview of all e options available and e number of participants.The pension planYou can view e current pension plan for all your employees.Here you will find your active pension plan per member group. This overview contains general contract details, an overview of e coverages wiin your pension plan and specific details of ese coverages.EMPLOYER

You can use a filter and sorting options to quickly find e person you are looking for.ChangesOn is page, you can notify us of any changes in your workforce. Here, you can add a newparticipant, change existing participants, report a group salary change, download e excel file, update pensionable salary and upload it back to e portal.In e mailing you see an overview of all entered changes. To use our online platform you will get a username from our representative and an email wi a temporary password.Aer logging in for e first time you can create your own personal password for future use.
